Position Summary
We’re currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager Insurance Risk Management leader to join our team in Nashville, TN.
This role will be responsible for the management of all non-benefit lines of insurance. The role will lead a team of 2-3 teammates, prepare underwriting data for application submissions, lead renewal negotiations, prepare program briefing material, and maintain communication with brokers, carriers and internal stakeholders as needed.
* This role is HYBRID. In the office 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at HQ in Nashville, TN *
Responsibilities
+ Lead, develop, and mentor high-performing team
+ Drive key initiatives and strategy to build the insurance risk management function, team, systems, and policies
+ Lead the day-to-day operations of the corporate risk management function, including policy administration, commercial contract risk review, and insurance claims and financial reporting
+ Participate as the insurance and risk subject matter expert related to M&A activities, including due diligence and post-deal integration
+ Manage aspects of the captive insurance entity operations and reporting requirements
Minimum Qualifications
+ BS/BBA degree in business or related field
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in Insurance Risk Management with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a large multinational company
+ Strong track record of building and scaling global risk management programs
+ Managed and validated the collection of business exposure information across multiple countries and currencies
+ Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills
+ ARM (Associate in Risk Management)
+ Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish Preferred, but not required
