    As a Contracts Representative II here at ConverDyn, you will handle all facets of contract formation from the point of offer acceptance including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, of customer agreements. You ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and ConverDyn business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws. You will administer all of ConverDyn polices to ensure they are compliant and upto date.

     

    In this role, you will impact ConverDyn’s contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and protecting the company's interests.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Drafting contracts from the point of offer acceptance to execution utilizing standard templates and creating custom terms and conditions

    + Manage customer on boarding and KYC procedures

    + Assist in the development and implementation of contracts strategies and policies

    + Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure contract compliance

    + Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts

    + Develop and maintain standard contract templates

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3 years of experience managing contracts

    WE VALUE

    + Juris Doctor (JD), bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent degree

    + Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions

    The salary range for this position is ($65,400.00 - $81,800.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
