Responsibilities** **_:_
+ Serve as bridge between the BA business and delivery teams.
+ Understand the business environment and translate priorities into working backlog for delivery.
+ Accountable to own the solution backlog and drive the work.
+ Partner with digital transformation teams to create new capabilities for our customers.
+ Write user stories, provide business context and process inputs, and work with business partners on change management.
+ Inform the product roadmap.
+ Evaluate the business value of work and complexity to deliver to optimize flow.
+ Identify drivers of speed, quality, and scalability of new solutions.
+ Act in a consultative fashion to bring IT solutions to his business partners to create value quickly, iteratively, and predictably.
+ In addition to partnering with the business, partner with solution architects to break down capabilities into value that can be delivered quickly.
+ Keep an eye on the business objectives to maximize speed to value.
+ Consistently communicates with peers and senior leaders to lead the work.
+ Highlight wins and troubleshoots challenges.
+ Work with local business users through the development lifecycle to ensure successful ownership and adoption.
YOU MUST HAVE:
+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related a field, and 6 years of overall IT experience.
+ Must have 5 years of experience writing user stories, serving as a functional implementation lead, and managing team backlogs.
+ Must have 3 years of experience with the following: experience with packaged SaaS software: SAP Commerce (Hybris), Adobe AEM, Salesforce, Apigee, or comparable products; experience in leading teams in an Agile development model; SAFe agile experience; ability to coordinate with technical architects, data stewards, and functional leads; and ability to manage timelines, scope, and team progress throughout the implementation lifecycle.
+ Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.

+ Location: Atlanta, GA
+ 40 hours/week
