_Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist for Intelligrated Headquarters, LLC in Mason, OH_
_Responsibilities:_
+ Responsible for managing a wide variety of projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve the lives of stakeholders.
+ Direct interaction with peers and leaders across many diverse groups.
+ Projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices and disciplines.
+ Lead meetings and maintain project meeting minutes.
+ Produce accurate monthly revenue forecasts to report to the business.
+ Ensure a safe working environment and safe work practices are in place and enforced.
+ Development and maintenance of PMO process documentation, templates, and procedures.
+ Assist in preparation of weekly PM forums with executive leadership.
+ Provide coaching and mentoring to execution team project managers.
+ Inspect and analyze project cost, schedule, and performance metrics and provide recommendations.
+ Lead PMO transformation activities as assigned.
_YOU MUST HAVE:_
+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and 8 years of experience with familiarity in project work.
+ Full term of experience must include: Project lifecycle (Handover to Execution, Project Planning, Mechanical or Electrical design, Project Monitoring and Control, Customer Acceptance, Project Closeout); Engineering project work; and Project Management project work.
+ Up to 10% domestic travel required.
+ Telecommuting is permitted up to two (2) times per week.

+ 40 hours/week
