    You will report directly to our **Sr. Director, Program Management Office** and you’ll work out of our **Morris Plains, NJ** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of the program, ensuring efficient project execution, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Your leadership will be pivotal in navigating the complexities associated with the spin-off, contributing to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.

     

    The annual base salary range for this position is $166,000 - $207,000 for Morris Plains, NJ. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage the program from initiation to closure.

    + Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

    + Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

    + Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

    + Coordinate project team members and stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

    + Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

    + Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    + Prior experience in a senior guiding role in program management

    + Strong guiding and team management skills

    + Proficient in program management software and tools

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

    + Program management certification (e.g., PMP)

    + Experience in guiding and managing large-scale and complex programs

    + Knowledge of program management methodologies

    + Ability to adapt to changing program requirements

    + Strong thoughtful and critical thinking skills

    + Ability to motivate and inspire team members
