    Full-time designer on the path to licensure works from the designs of others under supervision, and performs routine and limited architectural assignments. Has a modicum of technical knowledge of materials, means & methods, building systems, building codes, construction standards and other regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities

    1. Performs specific/limited portions of assignments using prescribed methods.2. Under general supervision, works from the design of others and generates drawings and 3D models utilizing BIM software.3. Team collaboration in production of architectural documents through all project stages.4. Apply standards, assemble drawing sets.5. Ensure output meets required expectations and deadlines.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience:Eight or more years of experience in an architectural firm.

     

    Required Education/Training:Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program

     

    Required Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD a major plus) + rendering/modeling/graphic experience.Experience with multi-family residential planning/design is preferred.Working Conditions:Typical office environment. Occasional long hours to meet deadlines. Occasional visits to construction sites.
