FECON, LLC is a vegetation management equipment manufacturer located in Lebanon, Ohio near Kings Island Amusement Park. Job Summary:
The Inventory Analyst position is a critical support role for the management and accuracy of the storage, control, and distribution of materials to fulfill the SIOP.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Inventory Analysis/Control:
+ Develops efficient material flow processes and proposes inventory management strategies
+ Establishes or aligns actual part storage locations with ERP (Syteline) information for both new and existing parts
+ Maintains and provides leadership for an effective cycle count program.
+ Conducts frequent audits of physical inventory as well as system inventory transactions.
+ Assists in Plan for Every Part (PFEP) process used to set purchased and manufactured part inventory levels required to support SIOP
+ Conducts root cause analysis activities and proposes thoughtful corrective actions to allow for data based continuous improvement trends related to inventory accuracy and availability.
+ Investigates excess inventory by researching open PO’s, Safety Stock levels, and WIP.
+ Integral contributor for annual physical inventory
+ Refine procedures for conducting year-end physical inventory
+ Support reconciliation for timely close
+ Other Production responsibilities:
+ Tracks missing parts from pick carts and records data to highlight trends.
+ Conducts steel reconciliation adjustments within Syteline.
+ Performs other related duties as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Strong analytical skills to analyze data, recognize trends, and develop strategic improvement plans for inventory control
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Proficient understanding of ERP systems. Syteline preferred
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Education and Experience:
+ High school diploma required
+ College Degree strongly preferred
+ 3-5 years of inventory management experience or materials control field is required
Physical Requirements:
+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.
+ Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
