The Indirect Tax Intern must be able to follow a tax calendar and complete all tasks to timely and accurately complete indirect tax returns, (including Property Tax, Sales/Use Tax, & Gross Receipts Tax), and related payments for all Disney U.S., U.S. Territory or Canadian entities.
This internship is a** **full-time, six-month** **commitment in the** **Orlando, FL** **area from** **January 2026 June 2026.
What You Will Do
This role could be a mixture of many different responsibilities! You could have the opportunity to:
Support tax audits and research
Generate and analyze reports for preparation of property tax, sales/use tax, & gross receipts tax for assigned business area(s)
Reconcile indirect tax activity to the general ledger
Analyze and communicate relevant tax rule changes/law developments to team members and leadership that could impact the business
Collaborate with various teams within Disney, including technology teams, controllership and finance
Assist with other special projects as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
Takes initiative and has a process improvement mind set (Tech Savvy)
Strong willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
Possess strong time management skills – Able to multi-task, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
Adaptable to change, easily pivots
Strong analytical thinker
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Alteryx and/or Power BI
Education
Currently enrolled in a** **GRADUATE** **degree program in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Data Analytics or other related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity** **MUST** **meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a GRADUATE degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR a graduate student currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age** **
Possess unrestricted work authorization** **
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information
Candidate must be fully available to work** **full time** ** ** **hours** **(approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
This internship is an** **on-site position,** **but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home.
Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation** **for the duration of the internship program

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $30.40 per hour.
