Overview
Intuit is seeking an execution-focused and collaborative Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our AI Platform team. This role will drive the AI Platform Lifecycle Management Portfolio, ensuring the seamless migration, deprecation, compliance, and optimization of critical AI services and technologies. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, product, AI science, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver durable outcomes that ensure platform stability, compliance, and efficiency.
This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of technical depth, program execution rigor, and stakeholder management. The TPM will not only coordinate complex migrations and deprecations but also accelerate adoption of new capabilities, optimize costs, and support onboarding of third-party technologies.
What you'll bring
• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in software development, infrastructure, or AI/ML domains
• Demonstrated success in managing migration, deprecation, and compliance programs end-to-end ● Experience partnering with cross-functional engineering teams on platform or infrastructure initiatives
• Strong ability to influence without authority, build trust, and drive alignment across organizations
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences, with the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for execution, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, model servicing, or cloud infrastructure is a strong plus

How you will lead
• Lead planning and execution for the AI Platform Lifecycle Management portfolio, ensuring stability, compliance, and sustainability through migrations, deprecations, and platform modernization efforts
• Establish clear program outcomes, delivery plans, and governance models, defining the operating rhythm for lifecycle initiatives including reporting, risk management, and decision-making forums
• Collaborate across AI, infra, compliance, and product organizations to uncover dependencies, manage risks, and maintain alignment; provide clear, data-driven updates and tradeoff recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Partner with infra and applied AI teams to improve model servicing frameworks and optimize platform costs, ensuring scalable and efficient AI operations
• Contribute to program management best practices, frameworks, and playbooks for lifecycle management and platform stewardship, sharing learnings to drive improvement across the TPM community
• As needed, drive onboarding and integration of third-party technologies into AI Platform services, working closely with engineering leaders to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with platform strategy
