    Job Location: Newport Beach, CA - 100% onsite

     

    Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our technical operations and infrastructure. This role is pivotal in transitioning our IT capabilities from vendor-dependent to a robust internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Microsoft 365 and multi-location IT support, with the ability to grow into a strategic leadership position. This position is critical for managing our IT infrastructure across 40+ clinics.

     

    _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    Rate: $68 - $77 / hr. w2

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute hands-on technical tasks to support and manage IT infrastructure.

    • Lead the transition from vendor-dependent IT services to an internal team.

    • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments and endpoint management.

    • Coordinate IT support across multiple locations and ensure seamless operations.

    • Interface with practice management and financial systems for integration.

    • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals

    Experience Requirements:

    Required Technical Skills:

    + Microsoft 365 Environment Management

    + Exchange Online administration

    + EntraID (Azure Active Directory) management

    + Intune device management

    + SharePoint and Teams administration

    + Endpoint Management Expertise

    + Windows 10/11 management and migration planning

    + Patch management across distributed environments

    + Hardware lifecycle management

    + Mobile device management (MDM) capabilities

    + Multi-Location IT Support

    + Remote support and troubleshooting capabilities

    + Distributed network management

    + Vendor coordination across multiple locations

    Desired Technical Skills:

    + Healthcare/Practice Management Integration

    + EasyVet practice management system

    + Paylocity HRIS platform

    + AWS data warehouse environment

    Soft Skills:

    Additional Requirements:

    + Ability to manage vendor relationships and transition strategies.

    + Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.

    + Willingness to travel to clinic locations as needed

    Education Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+)
