Skills and Requirements

• React (STRONG IN NEXT JS)

• Javascript

• Able to test their own code requirements

• Strong Java as opposed to GoLang or Python

• Building apps on the front end

• Someone that has built something, maintained it, has done code reviews

• A strong performer - can't just dabble, need to know what's going on

• Must be able to dissect issues, be personable
