Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Liquid Propulsion Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be responsible for acting as the technical liaison and action officer to support collaboration between the Flight Systems Division, the prime contractor, and external stakeholders. These individuals will be reviewing requirements, specification documents, designs, architectures, and engineering proposals, as well as coordinate with other teams and stakeholders in the development and evaluation of liquid propulsion system requirements related to the overall large program. This position will sit within the Post Boost Branch of the division that is currently in the testing phases of the weapon system and finalizing design plans of the program.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
7+ Years of Experience in the following Engineer disciplines:
Aerospace or Mechanical engineering background within the DoD
Experience with liquid or solid propulsion systems, particularly boosters or throttling mechanisms
Ideally, hands-on experience with liquid propulsion boosters
Familiarity with liquid rocket motors, hypergolic propellants, and liquid-based propulsion systems
Open to candidates with commercial or DoD-specific experience
Experience with decomposing and integrating requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
Active Secret Clearance + SAP eligible
Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT) Plusses:
Any ICBM experience
Master's Degree
Active TS Clearance
