    Job Description

    • Collaborate with SAP and HR teams to understand integration needs

    • Develop and maintain Kronos interfaces for time and payroll data

    • Configure Kronos modules based on business requirements

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos functionality and data flow

    • Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and testing cycles

    • Ensure timely delivery of solutions with proper documentation

    • Provide support and enhancements for existing Kronos implementations

     

    Pay rate begins at $10/INR

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Dimensions

    • Strong knowledge of Kronos integrations with SAP systems

    • Experience with Time Management and Payroll modules

    • Proven ability to own deliverables end-to-end—from requirement gathering to deployment

    • Hands-on experience in Kronos development, configuration, and troubleshooting

    • Familiarity with Kronos APIs, interface development, and data mapping

    • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and understand business needs • Experience working in global delivery models or with international clients

    • Exposure to SAP HCM or SuccessFactors

    • Knowledge of compliance and labor regulations in India

    • Experience with reporting tools and analytics within Kronos

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
