Job Description

• Analyze business processes to support IT solution design

• Collaborate with Programmer/Analysts to translate needs into technical requirements

• Document workflows and identify areas for improvement

• Attend meetings, gather requirements, and help track project progress

• Apply analytical thinking to support functional teams

pay rate starts at $20/hr

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Eagerness to learn and contribute

• Analytical mindset • Familiarity with business process mapping or documentation tools

• Exposure to IT or software development concepts

• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis
