    Job Description

    •Leading bundled episode term creation, PB charge review and charge router review workqueue configurations, and pricing contract builds.

    •Developing and executing test plans and scenarios, managing change control in ServiceNow, and ensuring thorough end-to-end testing and quality validation.

    •Supporting HB billing workflows, with emphasis on client accounts and Epic Turbocharger packages.

    •Participating in workgroups to gather requirements for referrals, authorizations, claims edits, and transplant claims.

    •Building and validating Reporting Workbench reports to track KPIs and metrics.

    •Delivering all technical requirements, build documentation, and test approvals aligned with business partner expectations during the project period.

    Skills and Requirements

    •Epic Experience: At least 5 years of recent experience managing and implementing Epic applications, including system review, testing, and support.

    •Epic Certification: Current Epic certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (PB or HB), with experience implementing or supporting transplant billing workflows.

    •Revenue Cycle Knowledge: Expertise in Epic’s revenue cycle products, with a focus on transplant billing workflows, process design, and testing.

    •Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.

    •Project Leadership: Proven experience managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment.
