    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This candidate will be responsible for Responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on daily monitoring, cash flow optimization, and collections. This role aims to improve account status by resolving payment issues through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

     

    - Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues, and negotiating terms.

     

    - Collaborate across departments to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and improve billing accuracy.

     

    - Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and escalate unresolved accounts as needed.

     

    - Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and support processing of refunds, write-offs, and offsets.

     

    - Respond to customer inquiries and contribute to account strategy development with leadership.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Strong Excel experience using v-lookups and pivot tables

     

    - Advanced computer skills

     

    - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

     

    - 1-3-year experience billing, commercial account receivable experience, or cash applications

     

    -Solid ability to interpret contracts and research, data to determine the root cause of issues.

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bilingual

     

    - Experience in freight transportation or logistics
