Job Description

The Senior Business Analyst - IT will lead strategic analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization initiatives across complex business environments. This will be done by leveraging technology - particularly SQL, workflow automation, business intelligence tools as well as master data and data governance tools - to drive operational efficiency, enhance data governance, and deliver measurable business value. This position focuses on data governance, data standardization, data optimization and supporting data programs for the company.

Pay varies depending on experience - 120-128k

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.

5+ years of experience in data management, business process management, operations, or continuous improvement roles.

Certifications: PMP (PMI), Six Sigma Green Belt, or related certifications

Technical Expertise: SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Power Automate, Visio or Miro, Agile/DevOps tools (Azure DevOps)

Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects from inception to delivery.

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Supporting and enhancing large‑scale, enterprise custom and SAAS applications.

Experience with platform migrations moving from legacy environments to modern technologies supported by aligned business processes.

Delivering measurable cost savings through automation and process improvement.

Supporting enterprise‑level system implementations

Experience in the hospitality or service industry, or operational excellence environments.
