    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring an Investment Performance Data Analyst to support Nuveen’s (TIAA’s Asset Management Subsidiary) Real Estate Performance Analytics team. This analyst will support the investment performance analytics team by maintaining and enhancing data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting tools. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of performance data, supporting ad hoc analysis, and contributing to the completion of client and internal requests. Working under moderate supervision, the analyst helps drive data integrity and operational efficiency across investment performance processes.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Maintain and monitor data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of investment performance data

    • Update and refresh Tableau dashboards to support performance reporting and insights

    • Perform data validations and repairs to uphold data quality standards

    • Support ad hoc performance analysis including data extraction, transformation, and visualization

    • Contribute to the completion of RFPs and client questionnaires by providing accurate performance data

    • Run and maintain recurring performance processes for consistency and reliability

    • Update and enhance Excel-based performance models used for internal reporting

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2–4 years of experience in data analytics

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Experience building and updating Tableau dashboards

    • SQL experience (basic query writing and data transformations)

    • Ability to assist with RFPs by gathering and inputting performance data from other teams

    • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset • Real estate or Asset Management experience

    • Experience with Excel-based performance models
