    Knowledge of oracle procedures

    Must be able to develop Java APIs (JBoss/ WildFly) A customer is looking a highly skilled Backend Java Developer with strong experience in API development and cloud integration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise environments and is comfortable working across legacy and modern platforms. You’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable backend services, integrating with Oracle procedures, and supporting our transition to containerized microservices using Azure and AKS.

     

    • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (JBoss/WildFly).

    • Build and consume RESTful APIs (SOAP exposure is a plus).

    • Integrate backend logic with Oracle stored procedures and database operations.

    • Collaborate with frontend teams using React and Flywheel to ensure seamless API consumption.

    • Deploy and manage services in Azure, with a focus on scalability and performance.

    • Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.

    • Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance and reliability.

    • Contribute to architectural decisions and modernization efforts.
