    Job Description

    This position is responsible for drafting and monitoring complex documents such as renewals, claims, applications, and statistical reports that contribute to ongoing business needs. The assistant prepares and processes insurance-related paperwork including policies, endorsements, binders, contracts, and coverage changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. In collaboration with the Account Manager, the role involves designing and assembling marketing and quoting materials, developing presentation content, and handling coverage requests. Additionally, the Commercial Lines Assistant helps facilitate new business opportunities by working closely with the Account Manager to support the sales process from initial engagement through closing. The starting salary for this position is $65,000 and will require 5 days on-site in the Woodlands area.

    Experience working with property & casualty

     

    Experience with management system Vertaform AMS 360

     

    Extremely organized and process oriented Licensed insurance agent P&C- Will pay for them to get their license if they don't have it!
