    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an experience Maintenance Technician to join an industry leading Property Management company in the Cleveland, OH area. This person will assist in all building maintenance and engineering activities including but not limited to: HVAC repair, plumbing, low voltage troubleshooting, carpentry, and other essential building maintenance tasks. This person should have a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, along with a strong customer service attitude. This person will work alongside a team of 3 to ensure the building is operating affectively.

     

    This role is offering $23-27/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2+ years of Mechanical or Electrical trade experience

     

    - Strong troubleshooting skills

     

    - Ability to interpret blueprints or schematics

     

    - Strong technology aptitude
