Our Government Services team provides cleared resources with a global reach to federal civilian, Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence community markets. We excel at delivering innovative, operationally ready, and cost-effective IT solutions that accelerate the interoperability and resiliency of mission critical systems.

What will you be doing?

This position will support one of our customers in tracking the progress through their projects, help managing resources, identifying constraints, escalating as required and making sure all customer stakeholder requirements are met.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI Clearance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Managing & coordinating multiple IT related workstreams onsite from Kick Off through Execution to Closure

+ Escorting subcontractors on site

+ Reading and understanding SOW’s to oversee delivery

+ Tracking, controlling, collecting & organizing SOW’s and Reports into Teams channels

+ Overseeing document production of Assessment & Survey Reports

+ Following up with government personnel for acceptance/approval of Assessment & Survey Reports

+ Tracking and mitigating schedule, risk, issues, scope & performance

+ Reporting daily to Program Manager any challenges or impediments to successful delivery to include hours remaining for active workstreams

+ Reporting weekly to onsite Government Lead status of all workstreams

+ Assisting engineers with onboarding (CAC, Restricted Area Badges, Visitor Access Requests, AF Net account set up, etc.)

+ Extremely detail oriented

+ **QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelors degree in related field

+ 8+ years relevant experience

+ TS/SCI clearance

+ PMP Certification and Sec+ Certification preferred

+ Strong proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager

+ Self-starter while being detail oriented and providing strong communication **Want to learn more about Public Sector? A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $155,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
