    RN Opportunity – Comprehensive Assessment Specialist in Nursing

    Onsite across multiple centers in **Brockton / Attleboro / Brighton, MA**

    **Salary:** $80, 000-85,000+ PLUS mileage reimbursement

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time (40 hours)

    **Lifestyle Perks:** No weekends. No evenings. No on-call. 1 Remote day per week!

We’re looking for a **Comprehensive Assessment Specialist** to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between clinical care and quality improvement—ensuring assessments are accurate, timely, and person-centered.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead the **comprehensive assessment process** , from scheduling to submission with regulatory agencies and funders.

    + Oversee clinical information gathering to **support individualized care plans** .

    + Review **MARs, TARs, flow sheets, and physician orders** for compliance.

    + Conduct interviews and **physical assessments** for new referrals.

    + Maintain accurate, timely entries into EMRs and follow through with funders.

    + Generate **Quality Improvement reports** to spot trends and strengthen training.

    + Ensure nursing compliance and supports the Regional Director and the Director of Quality Improvement.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an active RN license.

     

    At least 2 years of nursing experience (supervisory or MDS experience a plus!).

     

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

     

    Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
