    Overview

    PG&E’s Gas Data Sharing & Solutions team is seeking skilled geospatial support to clean, transform, and publish asset data within a newly developed analytics environment. The goal is to replicate enterprise asset datasets in ArcGIS Online (AGOL) using FME, while ensuring data quality, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Lead the operation of PG&E’s AWS/AppStream analytics environment, utilizing FME Form/Flow, ArcGIS Pro, and Python to transform and publish asset data.

     

    - Assess asset data sources for quality and relevance, ensuring only accurate and complete information is processed.

     

    - Publish curated asset data to ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and perform rigorous quality control to maintain data integrity.

     

    - Document workflows, decisions, and methodologies, maintaining clear and detailed team wiki entries.

     

    - Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate essential data fields and refine attributes.

     

    - Prepare and deliver comprehensive FME flows and supporting documentation for internal team use.

     

    - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong organizational skills and independence.

     

    - Apply advanced technical skills in GIS, Python scripting, and cloud-based environments to support seamless data integration and automation
