Job Description
As a 3D Print Customer Engineer, you will provide onsite technical support to customers, resolving issues and executing action plans to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for maintaining detailed service activity reports and organizing case information using defined support processes and tracking tools. Your role will involve traveling to customer sites to address technical escalations, participating in technical meetings to review service incidents, and proposing actionable solutions. A strong customer focus is essential during troubleshooting, and you’ll be expected to deliver timely responses in line with SLA agreements. You will also provide valuable Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to the Product Manager and attend training sessions on new products and upgrades. This position involves working with S100 printers, as well as plastic and metal Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) machines. Hourly rate is 30-40/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical education
• Experience with technical reports
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Experience in Additive manufacturing (3D printing equipment and Software)
o Any background in manufacturing - working with capital equipment
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for transportation • Certifications in: Indigo, LFP, Heidelberg
• Interested in 3D printing
• Experience working on:
o S100 Printers
o Plastic MJF Machines
o Metals MJF Machines
