Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support a strategic initiative to migrate certificate data from the enterprise system of record (Venafi) to ServiceNow on the Enterprise PKI and Crypto Technologies team at a major financial institution. This role will be critical in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment between systems, and will partner closely with the ServiceNow team and other enterprise stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong data management skills, experience in data quality analysis, and a collaborative mindset to work across technical and non-technical teams. This role also supports broader governance efforts related to cryptographic technologies and PKI. This is a fully on-site role requiring presence five days a week in one of the following locations: Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data quality efforts for the Venafi-to-ServiceNow certificate migration project.

• Analyze, query, and manipulate certificate and asset data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Identify, compare, and resolve data quality issues across systems.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow and Venafi engineering teams to align data structures and business rules.

• Ensure adherence to enterprise data quality standards and governance policies.

• Determine root causes of data discrepancies and recommend long-term solutions.

• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and remediation progress.

• Support metadata management including data dictionaries, lineage, and cataloging.

• Participate in data governance activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Assist in audit and risk assessments related to data integrity and crypto governance.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in data quality analysis, data governance, or metadata management.

• Familiarity with enterprise asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and certificate management platforms (e.g., Venafi).

• Understanding of cryptographic principles and PKI lifecycle processes is a plus.

• Experience with data migration, testing, and reconciliation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience supporting compliance and audit activities.

• Agile delivery experience preferred.
