Job Description
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

In this 2nd shift Test Technician position in the AEWS/TACAIR Microwave Factory you will make impacts in the following ways:
+ Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements.
+ Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub- assemblies in the MW Factory.
+ Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule.
+ The individual will assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU s.
Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1 year of related work experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience with Microwave testing and knowledge of MIL STD-883.
+ Experience working with Microscopes.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $46680 - $74687

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
