    We are hiring a Facilities Supervisor II to manage 20-30 union employees in an industrial maintenance environment.We are a multi-craft facility and this role will lead our Pipe, Weld, Millwright, Machine, Sheet Metal and Insulation shop employees.

    As a Facilities Supervisor II, you will:

    + Prioritize and schedule work fluently and efficiently to satisfy production demands.

    + Perform work in a safe efficient manner while meeting all government and environmental requirements.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Typically a High School diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant work experience to include industrial craft maintenance.

    + Through knowledge of at least one of the following crafts: Pipe, Weld, Millwright, Machine, Sheet Metal or Insulation.

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Industrial craft maintenance background (pipe, insulation, welding, millwright, machine, sheet metal) with management skill set.

    + Experience with Maximo or other work tracking software.

    + 5 years or more in management, preferably in maintenance.\#LI-Onsite #LI-JR1

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
