Job Description

Our client is seeking an Airtable Consultant to join a large entertainment studio team. They will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions for the team. This resource will focus on supporting the Airtable application, technical documentation, and optimization on specified features. If time permits focus on supporting a monitoring tool build.

This role also requires clear documentation and user training to ensure long-term adoption and ease of use.

Responsibilities:

Airtable Application Support

Maintain and optimize Airtable bases, views, automations, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feature improvements and resolve issues.

Technical Documentation

Create and maintain documentation for Airtable configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Ensure clarity and accessibility of technical processes for internal stakeholders.

Change-log Tracking

Manage and monitor title-level dates and pricing updates within Airtable.

Ensure accurate and timely logging of changes across relevant tables and systems.

Issue & Bug Management

Maintain a backlog of tickets and bugs related to Airtable and associated systems.

Prioritize and troubleshoot issues, escalating as needed for resolution.

API & Integration Support

Develop and maintain API connections between Airtable and external platforms.

Ensure secure and efficient data exchange across systems.

Cloud & Backend Support

Utilize Microsoft Azure for cloud-based operations and integrations.

Apply PHP knowledge to support backend logic and custom integrations.

Skills and Requirements

Advanced Airtable expertise, including multi-table base design, linked records, base syncing, and automations

Proven experience designing and optimizing Airtable Interfaces for user-friendly data entry and reporting

Strong understanding of API integration with Airtable and third-party platforms utilizing PHP

Proficiency in custom Airtable scripting and advanced functionality

Strong communication skills and experience leading user onboarding, training sessions, and support

Ability to produce clear, user-friendly documentation, videos, and walkthroughs to drive adoption
