    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Clinical Supervisor

    What You’ll Do

    + Collaborate with your team to conduct functional behavior assessments.

    + Lead the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans.

    + Supervise BCBAs at your site, providing mentorship and leadership.

    + Train and coach team members to ensure success in delivering high-quality care.

    Compensation & Incentives

    + $90,000–$95,000 salary

    + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

    + Monthly Service Delivery Incentive Package

    Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

    + Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology (required).

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

    + Experience in operational leadership within an applied setting (preferred).
