Skills and Requirements

-Expertise in the following areas, typically gained from 3-5 years in a similar capacity: Insurance/Federal/State/County funded program eligibility

-Leadership or supervisory experience (managing teams, performance, workflow)

-Strategic thinking & decision making.

-If not already certified as Certified Enrollment Counselor, certification must be obtained within the first 60 days upon hiring and annually thereafter; certifications must be kept current and in good standing.
