Job Description

• Design and implement technical approaches within the ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript

• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, development, and iterative delivery

Participate in technical reviews and provide guidance on platform best practices

Skills and Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including: JavaScript-based development, Portal Development, Virtual Agent, and Workspaces

• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable technical solutions

• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with Business Analysts

• Understanding of ServiceNow as a cloud-based service

• Experience with at least two of the following ServiceNow modules:

• ITOM (IT Operations Management)

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
