Key Responsibilities
Manages activities and the coordination of security services for a large service territory; develops and implements policies, practices, process improvements and operating procedures impacting assigned territory.
Provide timely support to special assignment from superior.
Protect company intellectual and physical assets.
Establish, manage and maintain security systems including Access Control, CCTV and related systems.
Manages complex security improvement programs across business units.
Develops, implements, and manages the strategic and tactical planning for technical security systems.
Provide timely support to special assignment from superior.
Maintains liaison with security professionals, contractors, and local, state and federal law enforcement within service territories.

This role enables and supports the full ecosystem behind executive protection: managing contractors and vendors, leading emergency response preparedness, integrating with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), collaborating with regional security directors globally, and supervising the company’s Senior Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
1. EP Program Oversight & Strategic Coordination
• Support the development and execution of executive protection protocols across travel, office, and residence settings.
• Maintain readiness documentation, operating procedures, and response plans in coordination with the Head of EP.
• Oversee metrics reporting, event debriefs, and annual risk reviews for executive-level programs.
2. GSOC & Intelligence Integration
• Act as the primary liaison between the EP program and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring seamless sharing of actionable intelligence and operational updates.
• Indirectly manage the Senior Intelligence Analyst, providing guidance on threat prioritization, reporting cadence, alerting thresholds, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with GSOC on executive-specific incident response, trip risk assessments, and daily situational awareness briefs.
3. Contractor & Vendor Oversight
• Supervise day-to-day activities of on-site executive security contractors and project-based support from vendors.
• Evaluate contractor performance, approve timecards, and ensure contractual KPIs and service levels are being met.
• Assist with onboarding and training of all third-party personnel supporting the EP program.
4. Emergency Preparedness & C-Level Training
• Develop and manage emergency response programs tailored to C-level executives, including Active Shooter Response, Medical Emergencies, Evacuations, and Workplace Violence scenarios.
• Coordinate table-top exercises and readiness drills in partnership with Facilities, GSOC, and local Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
• Support incident response and escalation during real-time events involving executives or corporate leadership.
5. Global Collaboration & Event Security
• Collaborate with regional security directors across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistent executive protection protocols globally.
• Participate in risk mitigation efforts for high-profile locations, international travel, or geopolitical hotspots affecting executive movements.
• Partner with event security leads and Insider Risk to support security planning for board meetings, global summits, product launches, and employee events involving the C-suite.
6. Cross-Functional Engagement
• Act as a liaison to Insider Risk, Human Resources, and Business Units on sensitive personnel issues, insider threat indicators, or escalated concerns involving executive leadership.
• Provide strategic input into travel policies, residence protocols, and security posture enhancements involving the CEO and other senior leaders.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
