_About This Role_

In this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Assist Manufacturing Engineers in completing tasks with a basic degree of complexity

+ This position may be responsible for providing guidance to technicians

+ Perform assignments designed to develop professional engineering work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standards techniques, procedure, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering task

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs\. The pay range should be used as a general guide only\. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations\.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$26 \- $31 per hour\.
