    **Shift:** Overnights

    The role you'll contribute:

    Skilled listener, ability to answer switchboard/phone calls and transfer to precise locations. Responsible for responding to all codes/alarms systems.

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    + Project a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians and staff.

    + Maintains a courteous and professional manner when answering calls.

    + Demonstrates skill and proficiency when executing overhead announcements.

    + Prompt forwarding of all calls, when necessary, to proper departments, patient rooms or staff.

    + Thoroughly understand and respond to all codes/alarm systems.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

    High School diploma or GED.

     

    6 Months of telephone experience
