    Top Skills

     

    + Hands-on experience with store/merchandising management systems, design tools and productivity tools.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly communicating ideas.

    + Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of identifying inefficiencies in current processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Set up and manage merchandising campaigns using internal proprietary tools, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

    + Review and modify assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and app store policies.

    + Write compelling editorial content and copies tailored to end users, highlighting app features, updates, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects. Meet deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

    + Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest actionable solutions to optimize productivity

    Required Experience and Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

    + 2-3 years of experience in content operations or a similar role.

    + Hands on experience in using productivity tools like Airtable and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

    + Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)

    + Fast learner with a resourceful mindset, capable of adapting to new tools and processes quickly.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

    + Mobile App / Gaming Industry Experience is preferred.

    + Korean speaker is a plus
