    As an Electronics Machine Operator manufacturing circuit card assembly, you will maintain and operate complex electronics machinery, by following established procedures, work instructions, and schematics. Your role includes performing both repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks, adjusting machine settings, and conducting preventive maintenance.

    Essential Responsibilities

    In addition, you will:

    + Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete more complex tasks.

    + Performs preventive maintenance on the machines.

    + Perform off-line material set-up as required.

    + Assists with training other machine operators or operators.

    + Other responsibilities as assigned

    + The individual will have the responsibility and authority to carry out all assigned tasks.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    + Basic computer, math, and ERP skills

    + Proficient written and verbal communications skills

    + Read and comprehend written work instructions which may be technical in nature

    + Work overtime as required

    Eligibility Requirements:

    + Ability to frequently lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 20 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations

    + Ability to work with hazardous materials

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Proficient in the use of a personal computer to navigate on-line documents, drawings, and instructions.

    + 3 to 5 Years of industry or similarly related job experience or may need additional specialized training and/or certification.

    + Prior experience working in a team-oriented environment.
