Role Overview
**Sodexo’s** Campus Segment **at SUNY Delhi** is hiring for a **Food Service Manager 2** to oversee a team of approximately 40 food service workers (including union and student employees) in a robust and diverse dining program. You will work a 5 day work week, but will need the flexibility to vary days of the week, as well as have the availability to work some evening hours as needed.
The SUNY Delhi dining experience features:
+ An unlimited dining halls offering fresh, made-to-order meals in a high volume atmosphere
+ A vibrant retail marketplace with flexible dining options
+ A large-scale catering operation supporting campus events, conferences, and VIP functions

What You'll Do
+ have oversight of day-to-day operations and provide leadership to the food services team
+ deliver high quality food serviceto all venues

What You Bring
+ have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
+ have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
+ can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a focus on high level of customer service
+ demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. **_This does not apply to external candidates._**
