    Job Description:

    Schedule: Hybrid, Full-Time, Day Shift. 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday, 8a-5p.

    Summary:

    + Position Summary:

    + This position provides project and program coordination support of Human Resource programs and events. This role will report to the Manager, Workforce Talent Engagement and Career Services.

    + Qualified individuals must have the ability with or without reasonable accommodation to perform the following duties:

    + Responsible for the project management, coordination and implementation of all engagement and recognition programs and events. i.e. service awards programs, Live your Legacy and CEO Annual Award, Spirit of Giving, Hospital Healthcare Week , including recommendations to current program design, communications, selection process, and ceremony logistics.

    + Assists Engagement Manager with executing employee engagement surveys, serves as primary liaison with external vendor s and internal resourcing and communications. Analyzes engagement data to identify trends, and inform recommendations relative to organizational and departmental trends to drive engagement.

    + Assists Manager in the implementation of new recognition and rewards programs to meet varied organizational needs, including identifying and recommending the monetary and non-monetary offerings that provide the highest value for employees and communications plans.

    + Assesses engagement, recognition and other eople-relatred communications needs. Develops or updates appropriate tools and resources to address needs e.g., updating the Recognition, Engagement and Retention tool kit for leaders, and corresponding Engagement Recognition web site.

    + Provides first level Human Resources support via an online HR Help Desk Time 15-20% : Properly escalates unresolved queries to the next level of support and tracks, routes and redirect problems to correct resources; Documents ticket disposition and produces HR Help Desk activity reports; and Follows up with employees, provides feedback and sees problems through to resolution.

    + Provides Talent Development Team Program Coordination Support for leadership development and related programming.

    + The following duties are considered secondary to the primary duties listed above:

    + Helps support team delivery of programs as necessary.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    + Minimum Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or other related field required.

    + Five 5 years’ experience working in Human Resources OR commensurate project management and event planning.

    + One year program or project management experience.

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at various levels. Experience in dealing with Employees, and Managers.

    + Demonstrated strong customer focus and attention to detail.

    + Demonstrated strong project management and execution skills.

    + Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

    + Previous experience with engagement and retention work.

    + Previous Project and or Program Coordination.

    + Interpersonal relations: Ability to maintain relationships that facilitate task accomplishment; to cooperate and resolve conflicts; to recognize needs and be sensitive of others.
