Description
SAIC is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst based in Hawaii. The SFI S2 Foreign Disclosure Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and the broader SFI and USINDOPACOM missions. This position ensures the secure and compliant sharing of information with foreign entities by rigorously applying U.S. laws, regulations, and classification policies.
Key Responsibilities
+ Foreign Disclosure Support: Assist the Foreign Disclosure Officer in processing and adjudicating foreign disclosure decisions, supporting both SFI and USINDOPACOM processes. Validate sources and ensure all information is properly vetted.
+ Classification Policy Enforcement: Enforce classification policies by ensuring all documents have correct banners and portion markings. Maintain consistency and accuracy in classification labeling.
+ Request Processing: Prepare, review, and process foreign disclosure requests. Ensure all actions are compliant with U.S. laws, Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, and PACAF-specific policies.
+ Document Review: Conduct detailed reviews of documents, briefings, and materials to determine their releasability to foreign governments and partners. Make recommendations based on established guidelines.
+ Training and Education: Train inbound personnel on theater-specific disclosure requirements, policies, and best practices. Serve as a resource for questions on foreign disclosure procedures.
+ This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of PACAF’s information sharing processes and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Qualifications
+ Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.
+ Experience: Prior experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence, or security operations preferred.
+ Knowledge: Familiarity with DoD foreign disclosure regulations, classification guidelines, and USINDOPACOM processes.
+ Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret and apply complex regulations, effective communication and training skills.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
