    What You'll Do:

    + Hand assembles products following customer job specifications

    + Monitor and verify production processes to guarantee product integrity.

    + Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

    + Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues promptly.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

    What We're Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Good dexterity to handle and maneuver small components and parts.

    + Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

    + Previous experience in a quality assurance or assembler role is a plus.

    + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Willingness to work1st shift hours.
