    This position contributes to our vision by:

    • Implement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer

    • Implement TO-BE process

    • Identify delta between AS-IS and TO-BE process and mandatory upgrade in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approach

    • Provide local information required to eWInS team

    • Define settings for new solution

    • Make data conversion for new SHM system (refer to Data preparation catalog)

    • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests

    • Train end users to new process and new solution

    • Conduct local organization and processes changes

    • Execute assigned actions required for the deployment

    • Support end users at go live

    • Develop basic skills for the following SHM modules

    • Wire prep

    • See-EED

    • Data loading

    • SPM

    • Build process/Launcher

    • Work Instructions

    • Electrical Test

    • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;

    Education and/or Experience

    • Requires 5 or more years experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 to 3 years Experience in engineering processes.

    Knowledge/Skills

    • English written and oral-Expert/Fluent

    • Computer Skills-Advanced

    • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Access & Outlook) – Advanced

    • Knowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced

    • Strong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced

    • Ability to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization – Advanced

    • Ability to communicate, verbally and written, to internal and external customers – Advanced

    • Analytical skills – Advanced

    • Capacity to document/specify (quality oriented) – Advanced
