This position contributes to our vision by:
• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations, including workspace setup, office moves, and maintenance requests.
• Support Interior Design Project
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and track completion in internal systems.
• Help manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, repairs, etc.) and ensure service requests are resolved.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance needs.
• Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives (energy usage tracking, recycling programs, etc.).
• Assist with space planning, inventory management, and workplace projects.
• Document procedures and update facility records as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business, Interior Designing, marketing or a related field.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally -Basic
• Must be self-motivated/self-directed - Advanced
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Basic
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) - Basic
• Ability to brainstorm and problem-solve – Basic
