Job description

1.0 Job Duties:
Manage and coordinate all of the customer support and service aspects of Safran Helicopter Engines' customers within a given region. Customer oriented service representative that represents Safran Helicopter Engines, provides product and service information, resolves problems, handles email and phone calls with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring excellent service standards while maintaining high internal and external customer satisfaction.
Provide quality and efficient customer service by leading by example, assisting in the day-to-day operations, and is the “go-to person” of the commercial Regional Account Representative (RAR) teams. Guide, motivate, mentor, coach, counsel, train, and provide problem-solving ideas to RAR teams. Develop team strategies to reach company objectives. Assist management with development, analyses, and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.

• You Can act as a liaison between SafranHE USA and the end customer in matters pertaining to contractual requirements
• Review and process daily customer requests for parts and/or services
• Manage, induct, and track customer property through each phase of WIP, working closely with the customer and the MRO Shop to meet contract delivery schedule and customer requirements
• Prepare work orders and sales orders to facilitate customer sales and repair work
• Prepare quotes for spare parts, MRO repairs, and rental assets
• Maintain back-order reports and work with Materials Management team to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain contract deliverables; ensuring information is provided to the customer as agreed upon
• Maintain organized filing systems and electronic record keeping
• Process invoices and send to the customer, working with the Finance team and the customer to resolve any discrepancies or disputes
• Resolve complaints by providing accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries; escalating to management if necessary
• Appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
• Meet and/or exceed customer's expectations with a positive attitude
• Possible Travel required – 5%, including internationally
• Required rotating On Call duty

Candidate skills & requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or four years of experience in aviation mechanical, engineering or technical position
• Mechanical/technical /interpersonal-Advanced- Skills must be adapted to the unique requirements of the organization.
• Advanced - Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint preferred
• 3+ years of advanced spreadsheets skills (pivot tables, charts/graphs, excel formulas, etc…) preferred
• Enterprise Resource Planning tools - SAP is preferred
• Experience in delivering results and making decisions under pressure
• Experience in working across cultures and being sensitive to local sensitivities
• Lean sigma or project management certification would be an asset
• Able to multitask while working autonomously and proactively
