Job description
Working in Safran USA's Shared Services center, the HRBP Intern has the opportunity to gain exposure to and support multiple areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, immigration, and miscellaneous HR projects.
Candidate skills & requirements
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
The intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, any of the following activities. Responsibilities may change on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the needs of the department.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding
• Review and update policies as needed
• Work with hosted organizations
• Interface with International Mobility team while learning US immigration
• Complete special projects as needed
Education /Certifications
• Minimum: Junior or above in Human Resources or related degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business or Finance
• Minimum: 3.0 GPA
Job requirements:
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated and a strong work ethic
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and be deadline sensitive.
• Intermediate to advance Excel and MS Word skills.
• Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as part of a Team.
• Customer Service oriented.
