Description

We’re seeking a skilledIT System Administratorto support and manage our IT infrastructure, enterprise software systems, and provide end-user support. This role is critical in maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage servers, virtualization, storage, networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless), and security systems

+ Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, telephony, and conferencing tools

+ Lead and support IT projects focused on automation, scripting, and system improvements

+ Provide helpdesk support for on-site and remote staff; participate in ticket and on-call rotations

+ Coordinate hardware/software upgrades and maintain accurate IT documentation

+ Support ERP systems, reporting tools, and business process integrations

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ 3+ years of IT systems administration in a manufacturing or plant environment

+ Proficient in Windows, Office 365, PowerShell, virtualization, networking, SQL, and Unix

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

+ Team-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive in problem-solving
