Job description
1. Occupational Summary (Position Objective & Authorities)
Objective:
Under the direction of the Supply Chain Transformation Director, the S&OP Lead is responsible for supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by focusing on data preparation, analysis, and coordination across key stakeholders in the supply chain organization.
The role is a key contributor to improving supply-demand alignment, planning reliability, and supporting operational and business objectives through accurate and timely data insights.
Under general supervision, the S&OP Lead will gather and analyze supply chain data, prepare reports, and contribute to cross-functional S&OP meetings. The S&OP Lead will also participate in the implementation and deployment of new planning tools and processes, and coordinate with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
2. Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
A. Coordinate all aspects of the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) process
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance) to collect information and ensure data consistency across the S&OP process.
2. Support the analysis of demand and capacity variations and their incorporation into the supply plan by preparing relevant data sets and performing preliminary analyses.. Demand includes the full coverage of SEATS activity as OEM programs (Passengers, Cockpit & Crew from Marketing, Development & Serial), Aftermarket Spare parts & Repairs.
3. Carry out scenario modelling for the various demand hypothesis (high, nominal, low)
4. Review and assess the demonstrated performance and latest capabilities .
5. Validate the assumptions, rates and industrial patterns and establish the monthly manufacturing Production Plan.
6. Support the identification and tracking of potential load/capacity imbalances (internal & external) or mismatches by running reports and extracting KPIs. Develop scenarios and make recommendations to the Supply Chain Transformation Director in order to establish the appropriate action plan.
7. Analyze the hazards and uncertainties impacting resources (internal & external) and customer demand
B. Participate in and help document S&OP Reviews, ensuring all supporting data is accurate, up-to-date, and delivered in a timely manner after approval by senior management, pursue the action plan and implement the associated solutions, within area of responsibility.
C. Define and implement action plans to reduce contingencies and uncertainties, within your area of activity.
D. Update data in the various information systems, within your area of activity, and especially the definitions of macro data used in the S&OP (parts families, macro-parts lists, aggregate times, etc.)
E. Assist in the transition and deployment of new tools and processes (SSPP new load/capacity planning system), supporting data migration, mapping, and validation activities.

F. Implement and update KPIs within, and in particular:
1. Ensure consolidated volumes in the production
2. Ensure Master schedules alignment with the S&OP framework (production models, internal workload, etc.)
G. Ensure compliance with the S&OP over the year, in line with the objectives of the management campaign.
H. Performs other duties as assigned.

3. Qualification Requirements
A. Education & Qualification-
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
B. Work Experience - Technical knowledge-
• Three (3) years in S&OP areas
• Background in manufacturing environment required
• Computer Skills: Familiar with Windows operating system. Intermediate Microsoft Excel demonstration. Ability to read and interpret raw data sets and produce charts and graphs.
• Other Skills: Detail oriented, accuracy, , an intermediate ERP knowledge required, ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced/high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to analyze a complex problem involving numerous internal and external parties, find the root cause and propose solutions
Ability to analyze information provided by other departments and assess the importance of variances and the consequences of them.
