    JOB SUMMARY:

    Leveraging the Universal Destinations & Experiences brand, the Manager, Talent Sourcing develops and executes sourcing strategies to support staffing goals for the exempt workforce for both current roles and a pipeline for future openings. Proactively searches for qualified candidates (active and passive) for exempt to executive-level roles. Supports the company’s philosophy of inclusion during the hiring process providing a slate of qualified candidates for final consideration. Nurtures talent pools and actively review open and upcoming positions to align talent pools with emerging opportunities.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support short-term and long-term staffing goals for exempt workforce. Establish proactive and strong relationships with internal and external partners. Source talent for a variety of job functions from traditional and emerging platforms. Leverage Boolean Logic, x-raying, cold calling, networking, referral promotions, and other efforts to develop robust candidate pools. Test and scale alternate recruitment approaches that deliver results.

    + Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers on exempt hiring process. Continuously monitor progress on open requisitions to support robust final interview slates. Develop and monitor recruitment and staffing metrics to enable accountability. Determine and share recruitment best practices across Comcast NBCU and UDX entities. Communicate results and opportunities with stakeholders.

    + Develop UDX participation plan for talent recruitment at national in-person conferences targeting talent. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute national conference recruiting efforts.

    + Monitor the applicant recruitment and application experience for qualified top talent. Communicate feedback and determine enhancements with stakeholders as needed. Serve as an ambassador for the Company’s commitment to inclusion as a core value and business imperative.

    + Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

    EXPERIENCE:

    + 5+ years talent acquisition / recruitment experience

    + Knowledge of high-volume recruitment, interviewing, selection processes

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    + Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

    + Ability to operate effectively across cultures, time zones and geographies.

    + Must be willing to work flexible hours when required to support global operations.

    + Experience with innovative talent sourcing.

    + Experience with inclusive recruitment strategy and execution.

    + Recruitment experience in hospitality/entertainment industry.

    + Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.

    + Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

    + Strong business acumen, client support orientation, and influencing skills.

    + Able to establish credibility and rapport with varied levels of management.

    + Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
