Job Duties:
Conducting field title investigations, property valuation (appraisals), property acquisition (direct purchase) and disposal (conveyance), relocation (replacement housing), minimum compensation, and State land and building management (property management).
This position may travel up to 30% of the time with some night travel and night meetings are required.
Note: This position may have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to make a telework arrangement with their supervisor. The incumbent will be expected to work in the office as determined by policy and discussion with their supervisor. This position will be located in either Baxter or St Cloud.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for Real Estate Representative, applicants must meet the following:
+ Two (2) years of professional experience in the real estate field that includes two or more of the following:
+ real estate appraisals,
+ real estate title investigations,
+ direct purchase negotiations,
+ real estate relocations, and/or
+ property management relating to leases and/or permits.
+ Valid Class D Minnesota Driver’s License
+ Notary Public or must obtain within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
+ A valid MN real estate or appraiser’s license.
+ Experience in Right of Way.
+ A valid Notary license.
