Job Description

In Product & Process Development, the engineering intern will work closely with engineers on a variety of tasks supporting the ideation, design and development of medical devices in the field of Regenerative Medicine.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Work under direct supervision of an “assignment manager” on tasks that will support R&D projects in the regenerative medicine pipeline

+ Support physical testing of prototypes and sample materials, data analysis, and documentation/presentation generation

+ Support the fabrication and processing of prototypes in the R&D process lab under direct guidance from experienced team members

+ Organize data in shared collaboration spaces

+ Communicate with team members in brainstorming and problem solving

Qualifications

Qualifications

+ Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Bioengineering or other related field

+ Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship

+ Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027

Preferred Qualifications

+ Exposure to undergraduate engineering courses

+ Exposure to working in undergraduate engineering and science laboratory setting

+ Exposure to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
